Oval tanks 500 &1000 are mainly intended for storing drinking water. Other applications allowed: storage of rainwater, irrigation water or food liquids (oil, milk). Tanks ovals are designed for above-ground installation, at atmospheric pressure and fluid temperatures in the range of 4 45C. Delivery package includes: tank, lid and gasket for sealing to the lid. Material: The tanks are produced from uv stabilized polyethylene class 8. The coloring is done with organic pigments (alpha)-stabilized certified for food use, with good resistance to light, UV radiation and temperature. Structure and color: monolayer, blue. Cover: DN 200 of PP, with thread, black, and gasket, and incorporated in brass metal inserts. Oval tank of 500 l: it is manufactured with a connection of 1 to the bottom. Oval tank of 1000l: it is manufactured with 2 connections of 1 to the bottom. – The tanks have not been designed and cannot be used for pressures below or above normal atmospheric pressure (they cannot be used for storage under pressure or vacuum). – The tanks have not been designed and cannot be used for fuels or other petroleum products as well as for chemically aggressive substances (acids, bases, etc.).
