Vertical cylindrical tanks 500 &1000 are mainly intended for storing drinking water. Other applications allowed: storage of rainwater, irrigation water or food liquids (oil, milk). Vertical cylinder tanks are designed for above-ground installation at atmospheric pressure and fluid temperatures in the range of 4 45?C. The delivery package includes: tank, lid and gasket for sealing to the lid. Material: The tanks are produced from uv stabilized polyethylene class 8. The coloring is done with organic pigments (alpha)-stabilized certified for food use, with good resistance to light, UV radiation and temperature. Structure and color: monolayer, blue. Cover: DN 310 of PP, with thread, black, and gasket, and incorporated in brass metal inserts. The 500 l tank: it is manufactured with a connection of 1 to the bottom The 1000l tank: it is manufactured with connections: – 1×1 and 1 at the bottom – 1×1 at the top – The tanks have not been designed and cannot be used for pressures below or above normal atmospheric pressure (they cannot be used for storage under pressure or vacuum). – The tanks have not been designed and cannot be used for fuels or other petroleum products as well as for chemically aggressive substances (acids, bases, etc.).
